Looks good to me!
Pffhhht! Looks clean :wow
How did you get her so clean? I was going to break my bike down and give her a good wash too.
Care to list your steps? Did you take a sponge and water directly to the engine block and exhaust pipes? Any special brushes, tips and techniques?

What's the tampon in the pipe for? Is your bike menstruating? :laughing

I like having a clean bike as much as the next guy, but I'll be damned if I'm going to take off all of my fairings just to clean the bike!

haha.... that picture was actually taken BEFORE i started to wash it. i found a couple HUGE dragonflies that got lodged inside the intake and some other strange insects.
As far as cleaning it goes.... for the engine i spray on some automotive simple green and then scrub it down with a soft brush.... kinda like a toothbrush. everything else is with a regular spongue and Meguairs Gold Series car wash stuff.
after its all washed and dried, i use Honda's Spray polish stuff and clean everything up. a good yearly cleaning aint so bad.
i use to do that to my DRZ too.... but took the subframe off on that one.
and YES Jeff, my bike just happens to be menstruating at this time of the month....:twofinger

You have to remove the fairings to change the plugs?

A while ago I posted this pic because I thought the bike looked cool without the lowers... Most disagreed.

Nope .. just the tank, airbox, and shroud.

Shoot, a while back (a year?) I took the lower fairing off the FZ to do an oil change... and never put it back on.

your bike is just starting to look good, take more off!

Since you can't ride that thing like a sportbike, you might as well take the plastics off and pretend you're a streetfighter:p .
That looks horrible. Even rashed plastics look a lot better than no plastics. Gotta have the 6 blingin' for Starbucks posing sessions:cool . I trust your silver "yzf r6" made it back today:laughing .
