ex500 question

How hard is it to swap out the frame on an ex500? :toothless

Well, I do have a modified frame sitting in the garage, that supposedly I can put a different tail on the bike with it. RS250 tail was recommended. I dunno. Probably a pita since we arent supposed to work on vehicles in our garages. I just wanna get the thing going

i wouldn't change the frame so i could put a rs tail on it, but thats just me. it'd take 6~8+ hours for the whole swap and its gonna be messy, with draining all the fluids and cleaning etc...

fog lights? where do you get em / mount em?

Mine has fog lights mounted on the left and right side of the frame, just below the tank but out of the way from your legs.

But, was that in place of a headlight? The problem is that I have no lights currently....

When you going to be in san jose next? Preferrably on the weekend.... Don't make a special trip out for the ex though.

No, they were in addition to the headlight. They don't look the greatest but with the quailty or lack of light from the headlight the foglights make a huge difference.
