Hello,

Okay... after about two hours of conversion and cleaning in the firehouse my 450 has been transformed.:teeth The horrible part of the whole thing is that I am trapped here in the firehouse until the morning and I can only look and dream for next next 12 hours.

I look forward to getting out there with you guys soon.

How do you like the GoldSpeeds ?

Hello,

It is nice to get back on the bike setup Supermoto. Still alittle uneasy on the bike but I did pull wheelies and a few stoppies immediately. Even slid out the rear this morning in the Sunset. But it will take a several miles to get familiar again.

As for the Maxxis Goldspeeds. I like them alot. They were incredible in the rain during the SM races at the San Mateo Int'l Motorcycle show. I was shocked at how well they stick. As for dry... they stick really well if not alittle soft. But that is why I bought them. If they wear out alittle faster then the competition I dont mind. They seem to work really well for me. Actually, I like to see them all chewed up on the edges. :mad

Later!

Hey Rich...

I like them alot. They were outstanding at the San Mateo Races. I you remember that weekend it was extremely wet and I was extra cautious in the turnsduring practice. But after a few laps during the first race I was pushng the bike hard and the tires were excellant. I actually thought that I was just being too conservative until I noticed that the tires were actually quite chewed up.

I definitely recommend them for rain use.
