i recently replaced or am in the process of replacing the fairings on my bike... i've had a few problems with teh alignment of the palstic and the frame while trying o screw in some bolts... i'm wondering if i should leave the bike in the sun for a while before attempting the fastening so teh plastic can stretch? i have no idea what to do actually, that is my only idea...

also i havea aquestion about feul... i have been putting regular gas in my zxr and jsut recently saw taht right on the gas tank it says no less than 90 octane... what kind of damage could have been done riding around with regular feul for 200+ miles?

o boy...

bolt everything on but tighten nothing until ALL fastenters are in place and loosly threaded into their holes. This will allow the whole unit to move around while starting all the fasteners.
It's possible you may have to tweak a bent mount somewhere.

Run super.
two hundred miles can't do that much damage unless it was a practice session at a race track.

What he said. Sometimes there are interlocking tabs on fairings. Check that yours have them or not. Your manual should tell you which way the fairings go into place.
