I finally saved up enough dough to buy a Honda (Woorrrddd!). Unfortunately this means it’s time to part ways with my trusty-dusty Coleman Powermate. This generator runs perfect; I have taken very good care of it. I used it all of last season. It has two regular three prong outlets that can easily power two sets of tire warmers (Affroman’s voltage-stealin’ ass can vouch). The generator is by no means as quiet as a Honda which is why I’m asking $200.00 instead of $1000.00, but the generator is not so loud that everyone will want to kick your ass surrounding your pit. You can hold a conversation with the generator running. A breakdown of the specifications are as follows:
Type: Coleman Powermate
Engine: Briggs & Stratton
Price: $200.00
Watts: 2250
Model # PM0542000.01
Volts: 120
Amps: 18.75
Outlets: 2 three prong
HP: 5
Weight: ~ 50lbs.
This generator also comes with an extra air filter and the service manual
