Buy these pants, they will make you lose weight :lol
Well at least I did and that is why they are for sale!
These fit me well when I was a 40 inch waist (in jeans, do not know my actual), they are a size 42/52 whatever that means...
Here is a photo and description from some site... Well maybe the photo won't show, but I took some too!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mens Tornado Jeans
Waterproof, breathable and windproof
Removable CE 95 protectors - knee
Hitena® water repellent outer fabric
Velcro attached knee sliders
3M® night relective fabric and piping
Hidden reinforced double layer seat and thigh
Waist connection zipper supplied
Price $200.00
These are sweet pants and I would still be wearing them if was not dropping poundage.
I am a DS rider, so the pucks are unused and in great shape - pretty tough to drag knee on a dual sport!
They have been worn 10 or so times because I have a really bad habit of not wearing all of my gear (pants mainly), so they are in pristine condition - no disappointments!
They have very nice CE armor in the knees and hips pads as well.
Highly reflective.
I tended to wear them inside my boots, but they work over the boots too.
They seemed to be fairly waterproof as well. I never rode in a monsoon with them on, but on a trip to Santa Rosa from Sac I rode in a fairly steady drizzle - dry as a bone!
Here the actual pants are

Oh yeah, how much? How about $150 clams shipped to yer door (n/a for ya'll overseas folks a lurkin 'round here) - that's like $50 off for basically new pants...
OK - now the line forms to the left, first come first served.
