Ive got a 15-47 setup on my '00 F4. I find myself searching for 7th gear right before the start/finish tower at T-Hill. What kind of gearing are racers using? Would a 15-45 do the trick?

Damn man, no wonder you're clicking off those times - I hit 5th into turns 10, 14, and 1... but I've never quite needed to hit 6th, much less 7th!! :laughing

:wow
Damn! I barely ever get into FOURTH!!
Then again, I guess gearing is a little different on a liter bike AND you could time me based on glacial periods. :teeth

The problem is, my F4 redlines at 13,000 RPM, combine with the fact I have a lower than stock gearing, and I am in the gearbox ALOT. Last 2 day session at BW, my left forearm just about fell off and went numb...
Also, I didnt know this before Budman mentioned where his revs were on turn 8, but R6s go up to 16,000 redline?!?! DAYAM!!!!
