After hearing about this board for some time, some encouragement from 951dude and Wolf, and...well, I guess a whole lot of free time on my hands at the moment, here I am!

I've been riding bikes, in one form or another for a little over 10 years now. The RC51 is my fifth (sixth if I count the CB200 I learned on) bike, all Hondas. It's my first real hardcore sportsbike. The CBR1100XX I had before was just too much of a boat and wasn't exactly confidence inspiring through tight turns.

I'm a professional auto mechanic as I'm sure you can tell by the sig. I'm a former Honda/Acura mechanic that's uh..."inbetween oportunities" at the moment, hence the abundance of free time. And no I did not like the cars, which is one of the reason my job title says "former" in front of it at the moment. Anybody hiring?

I lost my job ultimately because of my lack of love for Japanese cars. It's a long story, but let's just say that there's some petty vindictive NSX owners out there who are nothing more than babies with really expensive toys in their crib.
