'97 gsxr-750, needs work, $3k

i've got a 97 gsxr-750 with the head off the motor, needs valve job, have got new bigger pistons, full muzzy exhaust, jet kit, front forks have new springs and shim stack. has been sitting in my ex-husband's garage for a year. you will need to put the head back on, but everything else is in good shape. it has flat black race glass on it with piaa headlights.
asking $3k, but make offer, i want to get rid of it.
I will also consider a trade for an sv650.
