Highway patrol officers condition

Anyone know how the officer is doing that was side swiped on 17 yesterday?
sounded horrible, like he was lucky to be alive

I heard he was released from Stanford Hospital last night and should be home recovering. Stitches in his lip, no broken bones but major contusions and brusing. Pretty lucky for being hit by a big rig trailer. A few more inches and it could have been much worse if not fatal.

that's awsome! definetly a scary moment.


out of all the incidents that I see during my commuting, this one affected me the most I think. didn't actually see the incident just the aftermath, but scary nun the less.

I was curious as well, since I was stuck in that for a bit. Lane splitting 17 in the rain was an ... experience. ;)
