Another inexpensive candidate ready for Motarding

Becareful out there:

there are a few "cal plated" bikes out there that Ive checked out that are pretty shady....

no titles

swapped out parts and mismatched parts..

not at all CA legal ....had someone else's plate on it

some never even had proper maintenance

the seller DID NOT know where to put oil in a XR650R....:wtf
