R6 & R1 left handlebar parts question

Does anyone know if the99 R1 left handlebar, choke & controls fit the R6?

I doubted. The R6's bar sits above the top clamp while the R1's mounts below it. And since the R1 has inverted forks the clamp diameter is different.
