Hey all, I have tomorrow (Tuesday) off. I'll be in the city in the morn to get my tires balanced but would love to ride out that way when I'm done.
Anyone riding down south bay or maybe Marin or Skaggs or anything???

Great Riding w/ya

Hey guys, just wanted to say I had a great time today. It was a beautiful day for a ride, and everyone made it home in one piece (well at least to the freeway).

Well for those of you that didn't ride 'cause you had to work, ...well ya gotta do what ya gotta do. (Hey, if I had work I'd have been workin')

But for those of you who didn't ride because you were too lazy or some other lame excuse, ........you missed a friggin' awesome day. Clocked lots of miles in the beautiful CA sunshine. Most rodes clear and dry, (except a few little nasty spots) lots of Yee Haas, and really no sphincter (spelling) moments. Actually that's a lie. I had a sphincter moment as I came out of a xxxmph straight away into a second gear turn and found out what happens when the brakes on a gixxer 1k get over heated.:cry Let me tell ya it ain't pretty. BUT, it all worked out.:thumbup After market master cylinder, here I come!!:teeth



And let me just say, after following unixgal around for the better part of the day, she has definitely earned her way into the "A" group on just about any ride I can think of.:thumbup
 
:blush Thanks Joe :blush from you that means alot. I thought I rode like sh*t today, kept worrying I was going too slow 4 ya and I didn't really know most of the roads.

Get those brakes fixed, I don't want a Dunlop enema from 'ya :twofinger :laughing

Humbling lesson for me as i couldnt comfortably keep the pace with either one of ya... :(
Nevertheless, great day and great ride, 150+ miles added to my odometer today. :banana

Dude, still no luck on finding a bike, but there was a 2002 954 for sale over here and I'm mighty tempted to just shell out the money for it so I can get my ass in the saddle again. Take it easy buddy and do some work ya bum!!
