It's a good day today.

Walked into DMV during my lunch hour to get my M1 endorsement after receiving my certificate of rider training completion, and can you believe that I only had to wait after one guy in line? Niiiice. So now that I've got my M1, I can finally get on the freeways and drive at night, and even start commuting to work.

I've come full circle in my initiation now, hehe. So anybody got any tips or heads up for riding at night? I plan on picking up some reflective stickers for my helmet and maybe my mesh jacket since my riding gears are mostly black, but my bike is Kawi green, so I know that leaves me quite visible even at night.

But if there's anything else I should know about riding at night, by all means, let me have it.

Much obliged.

Peace.

Im a newbie also the best advice I can say as to hearing from ppl with experienced 15+ yrs riding ......go slower than you normally go...expecially at intersections...assume everyone will run the light or sign.....give yourself extra following space.....and use cars headlights to help you see road hazards better......hmm........cant think of anything more......reflective clothing is a + ...but mc and auto crashes tend to happen more at night so take your time and be attentive.
