I'm down for a thursday ride....how about we take something kinda different than 9/35/84, it gets a little old you know :)

How about, up and over 9, down through boulder creek, up alba road to empire gd, which runs into pine flat, which turns into bonny doon, then *up* 1 to pescadero, to 84, then end at alices? It's kind of the same, but with a couple new roads thrown in, and it's a better route anyhow IMHO (more uphill, more twisties).

Well my buddy and I will be riding on Thursday.

I'm going to show him the run down 84 towards Hwy1, which I just learned about this weekend.

We're gonna be going a bit earlier I think, but maybe you'll see us up there.

I'll be on my Green ZX6R in a green Spidi jacket and jeans and he'll be on his black/silver ZX7R...

We're doing the Doc Wong/Kieth Code ride on Sat so we're practicing :)

u guys plan on meeting at the gas station on the base of 9(saratoga)... right? Thursday morning? Not sure yet, i'll let u guys know wednesday. But, i'll be on 9 friday afternoon-evening. It's suppose to rain tommorow(wednesday) 9 is usually the first place to get wet, so its probably going to be slightly damp/foggy thrusday morning. So don't get too aggressive.

Is this going to be a fast pace ride, moderate or slow pace? I'm fine with any pace that's comfortable for all...just curious.

ok...i got the word out to some other local folks about this THURS. ride. Lets meet at a local spot(76 gas station) off saratoga and whats the cross street?? and be there no later than 1130... We will keep this slow to medium paced so everyone can enjoy and ride safe. Sound like a plan? call me if you want to talk over anything 408-595-3800 Orlando is the name:D

The cross street is Los Gatos Blvd I think. It's right at the intersection of nine and across the street from the police dept. How about we meet at 10:30 leave no later than 11:00. Head down nine and do whatever but I am definately gonna have to do 84 from skyline to la honda a couple of times. I love all of the roads around there but that is mine and sketchys fav. I think the pace will be a moderate one. I think the important thing is that everyone is comfy. I don't really ride aggresivly untill that stretch of 84 especially around the stop light. I think we can figure everything else out when we meet. I know I am looking forward to it. Hopefully Enzo and I will get to meet up with some of you. I have met the stunters and they seem cool now I want to see some people that can turn their bikes. :D J/K Let us know.

Ok it's 1am and I just got home from riding my buddies bike up from Salinas. I'm a popsicle!

But I discussed with him and will will meet you at the 76 station around 10:30 am.

Now, I'm going to bed so I can thaw under a nice warm blankie and be awake while I ride.

road was damp... VERY COLD up there! My front end was slipping on a few of the corners:eek i went up late, so i didn't meet up with the guys at the gas station. Saw em at the 4 corners intersection, parking lot. I decided to go back home, i'm not comfortable with wet roads, and it was FREEEEZIN!! I think i talked to Enzoh(nice fella) before leaving. i was the guy on the crashed kawi green ninja:toothless
