Anyone else notice the orbs in the bone yard photos? I live in a house that was built in 1915 and whenever we have a party they are all over the photos. All types of cameras, film, digital, and video. You guys were not alone there.

Just before I moved into my current apartment I took some shots with my digital camera and those 'orbs' also showed up.

But I've never felt any presence there...

oddly enough...the orbs only show up if you have a camera where th flash is close to the lens. those must be some camera elitist apparitions!

Was it all flash photography?

Looks like airborne dust reflecting the flash.

I grew up in a house that was builtin the late 1800's. Never saw anything like it unless the house was due for a cleaning.

No it's not dust and yes my house is clean. We have three orbs that show up in photos. Inside and outside. I have a large yard with a back cemented porch area and they have show up in photos there as well. But, they only show up when we have alot of people around. When we are doing normal family stuff they are not there.

if that's cameron house in SF Chinatown, lotta people say it's haunted....

underneath the place was many tunnels that immigrants from China hid from random racial attacks in which many were killed that weren't able to hurry inside...

also was a haven for prostitutes trying to escape from their pimps and sometimes killed....

notice the "shadow" has asian features...?

btw...

that Cameron House was rebuilt from the original which was burn down while people were locked inside on purpose....

everyone in the place was killed by fire but after the new cameron house was built, many say there are shadows looming about....

did you guys get a chance to hit up the old abandoned hospital at the presidio? you can enter around 15th and lake I think. I've scoped the place out and found a way in...just haven't been ablet o find anyone to go inside with me.....

If you guys have ever seen that ghosthunter show on scifi (the TAPS guys), they did an episode on the winchester mystery house and found no "evidence" of paranormanl activity. They did one in some rundown prison once, and you can see shadowy things in the film footage.:wow

There is a couple good places in Placerville if you want to make it an over nighter. Both were featured on a Travel Channel show a while back

it takes them so long to respond to any alarm or report.. we did some "hit and run" rave type parties out there, presideo and lake area, with loudness and play and it would always take about 6 - 8 hours before any park services came... but they come in full force with SFPD... we would probably have about an hour and a half in there before there was a response.

Be careful! You might get more than you want. One night myself and some friends went to Fort Miley in search of “ghost troops”. We were told by an old vet that the fort was haunted by the soldiers who once manned it. This was news to us, because we used to skate at the fort and never felt or saw anything weird. We also never stayed after dark because its hard enough not falling in one of the gun turrets during the day, let alone trying to skate there at night.

Well, we decided to go one night to see if we could find the so called “ghost soldiers”. We parked in the V.A. hospital lot, and walked in via the ramp at the back of the fort. After walking around for a while seeing nothing freaky but a bunch of feral cats, I decided to have a smoke. I was standing at the top of a staircase leading down into some kind of bunker. My buddy walked over and asked for a smoke, just as I reached in my jacket to grab a couple of Marb’s something heavy hit the metal guard rail on the staircase making that Boooong sound.

We both looked down the staircase and saw a tall black figure standing at the bottom. I yelled out “holy shit” and my buddy followed up with “ damn that bum dude scared the piss out of me”. At the same time the figure looked like it was moving up the staircase. I yelled at the figure “stop fucking around man”. Just then the other two guys we came with started yelling, “ fuck that shit” while running at full speed towards the car. I turned to see if the figure was still coming up the staircase, and saw nothing. I’m talking like seconds, between seeing him and my boys freaking out. Poof gone. Taking their cue, my buddy and I started running to the car as well.

When we got to the car one of my bro’s yelled “ just fucking go man”. It was at this point that I got in touch with my inner eight year old boy, and really wanted my mommy. We broke the hell out, in fact I think we blew every stop sign on Clement St , until the light at 25th ave. I asked what happened, one of my bro’s said that they had made their way down some dirt path to the left of where we entered the fort. As they were walking down the path a they noticed a figure appear about 100 feet in front of them, freaked they both stopped and stared at the figure. My bro said just as he went to say lets go, the figure yelled out “ do you have the time? I’m running late” then poof he it was gone. We told them about the figure we saw and what happened. That was the last time any of us have gone to Fort Miley at night. I haven’t even gone back in the day.

Take it or leave it, but it happened. I figure what ever the figures were, they didn’t want to harm us, but they both had the ability to make contact. And, that’s enough for me. I don’t want to invade their space, get them mad, and have some angry contact happen. My heart and my ass couldn’t take that shit.

Just look at the shoulders of the guy to the right of me, they aren't even anywhere near the same position. CREEPY. and why does it have to be by me!?! I have one question tho eldritch, if there was a presence there then why didn't Cory feel it? and I thought I usually was able to feel presence but i guess not always.

When I lived in the City and rode to Alice's almost every Sunday, I met most of the group @ Brookdale Lodge, but it was the restaurant next door to the haunted building. Never knew about the history until years later... :wow :later

She felt a lot fo things that night she didn't talk about. I told her the gang that night was looking for some fun and not a seance. Notice how she is NOT in the picture? :laughing I don't know, probably just some moisture or something. ;)
