I was just wondering what the average price would be for a straight black paint job, on a full fairing sport bike.

...and to add to that: how much would it cost to paint raceskinzz?

Depends entirely on the quality of the paint, prep work, and final spray job. Dennis at Bohemian Racing will do a nice TRACK paint job for a few hundred bucks. If you want a fine spray job, zero defects, three coat and clear coat, really good paint, really good prep, figure on $700-$1200.

I like the track jobs cause my bikes have a habit of falling over while on the track. Damn cheap tires I think.

bobby keith at cyclefinish (www.cyclefinish.net) does AWESOME race/track paint jobs, I think he's only charging about $500 for track plastics, including painted on number plates
(the plastics need to be in really good, or new condition, and I KNOW he prefers sharkskinz (so do I)

but his work looks like other places $750-$1200 jobs,
...............check him out.

+1 for Bobby Keith !!! The black-only was $500 (with number plates and pinstriping). At the beginning of 2006 he repainted and did the wing graphic/pinstriping again for about $750 or $800....I can't remember.
