Most likely for the day on Saturday. I can't justify the cost of a room(3 night min)@$150-200 a night.:wow I'd rather spend the money on the bike, or some nice cool weather gear:thumbup

I will be there from Sept 22nd to 24th. If anyone wants to hook up at the event or maybe even ride together, PM me.

An unconfirmed planned to check out Street Vibrations. Ride up early Saturday, trek up to Mt. Lassen. Hwy 395 back to Reno in the dark. Hangout watching the crusing on then streets. Head over to Truckee and camp (Mat and Sleeping bag).

A group riding in on Sunday early. Staying until 5 pm. I might meet up with them. If not check Vibration group rides or do a Virginia City, Lake Tahoe loop. hwy 4 it back.
Don't know until Thursday to confirm or not.

Too far:wtf Your shorting yourself a great ride...especially if you up or back down 88 :thumbup I usually come back that way(there is almost no traffic, all the way home):shhh I plan on going up Saturday, but I will be leaving from Sac, and most likely riding in the car:( :mad . My oldest son wants to go this year, and since I'm already takin the better half, She won't let me ride him up on the handlebars:teeth . Sooo, it looks like the bike will sit at home this year. Oh well:( Everyone have fun, and ride safe!;)

GREAT PICS, BRONTO! Thanks for taking and posting them! :thumbup

I am in the same boat as you, Bronto! We attended the Street Vibe event briefly as we got sidetracked doing something else.

Too many pics to post. I will shift through them, and try to post some tomorrow night.

Anybody know why there were so many number-plated big-displacement dirtbikes being trailered back West on Sunday? Desert race somewhere?

I do not know. I have to ask about that one. Like the guns, one can dirt ride almost anywhere in NV.
