That's really, shockingly amazing. I've seen some realistic 3d models, but none THAT good.

Shame itll be years before we have the technology / ability to animate that to a believeable degree.

Way awesome 3d work. My only comment is that I've never seen any 3d rendered stills of people that show any "soul." They always seem somewhat lifeless. Unlike an artistic drawing, or painting or even sculpture for that matter, where the artist can capture the "spirit" of the subject.

they havent passed it on to a true animator yet, not every modeller can animate and thus bring about emotion and thought within a lifeless character. creating a 3D model and bringing it alive are two very different and very complex sciences/arts.

(as for the OP, the head model and texturing is very well done.)
