I'll be putting the condo up for sale in the spring ($299k, interested?) so Linda and I are looking to move out some time in December-ish to give us time to get the place up ready to "show".

We're looking for a 2-3 bd in the San Ramon, Castro Valley, Hayward, Fremont, San Leandro-ish area's to rent for a bit (probably a year), looking for a third to help keep monthly housing expense down.

We'd like the master bedroom and we do come with an attention whore of a dog.

So far so good :)

She's still working in Foster City so we're trying to compromise on the commute.

I still have that picture you took from the wall of Oakland/San francisco evening lights as my desktop. You still shooting?

When I have time. I'm the Director at an A/V company now and am just a little busy. The wife and I are looking at moving also.

commuting from Yak Grove would be a pain, but free lodging IS hard to find these days....
