If you have a street sm finding a stand that works can be a little tricky. What? 'Get a PitBull' you are thinking. I have one and my ktm lc4 sm has fallen off of it twice. That's just the rear.
My PitBull forklift stand doesn't work with the sm so I had been using a car jack and jack stands under the forks to change the front tire. It works but I never liked having the bike suspended on a rear stand that has failed and car jacks. Regular mx stands are too wimpy for this beast.
So today I'm at Kragen and they had a 1500 lb atv/moto jack on sale for $59.99 that lifts the front and the rear, plus it has tie down anchor points. Regular price is $100 so if you need a stand, this might be a good option for you.

I have one. The inital reason way I got it was becoz of my 600lb XR650L and I couldn't use a real MX stand. Now that I ride the 800lb. Sherman Tank, I definetely need it.

The Husky get's a normal MX stand and the CR gets a crate.

Rear sportbike stands are for sportbikes. If you use it on your SM and try to move it.....your SM is down for the count....

The only issue I have is storing the thing.

BTW, Eric, FYI...

Kragen is now called "Krag-Hole" (pronounced craig hole)

Make a note of it.

Only $50, looks like a sweet deal for a burly stand.

Probably made in China but hey it works. Just don't try calling corporate customer support.
