Use both, as great as Firefox is, and I love it, you will still need IE.

I use FF 95% of the time. There are programs we have at work that will not yet run on IE7, so I can't upgrade it there.

Most likely you tried her out at some odd interim beta release. I would say the current version, 9.1 is very solid and worth trying. Sadly there very well may be a time or two where you will reach a site that doesnt support opera and will have to use IE or FF.

Honestly Opera is my favorite browser, and after using it for a long time its tough to go back to any other browser, they feel laggy and slow in comparison. :p

the compatibility part is why I don't use it anymore...for FF it was reliability coupled with compatibility...so now i'm stuck on some IE variant that offers the best compromise between all of the crappiness...

it is SUCH a crappy software space right now...a lot of which is due to the supposed "standards"...
