Office Manger/Executive Assistant/Accounting Assistant -- Complete Benefits Package (Oakland)

MARIC Group - Join energetic team in fast paced friendly environment contributing to the performance and growth of two small enterprises operating out of one office.

We’re looking for a good natured “does it all” multi-tasker who possesses the skills, experience and drive to help our enterprises achieve our goals and objectives – with a smile!

Three years administrative, customer service and/or office management experience required. A Bachelor's degree is desirable, but not mandatory.

Basic skills requirements include:
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent telephone presence and customer service skills
• Proven experience in handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
simultaneously with changing priorities and deadlines
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel;
• Proven experience using MYOB, QuickBooks or like application.

Experience using Act!, Goldmine and/or Microsoft Access a plus.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Answering multiple-line telephone system and directing calls as required
• Serving customers on non-technical matters, such as dealer locations and product registration
• Processing sales orders and shipping product
• Maintaining customer information and prospecting databases
• Handling various accounting duties, such as order entry, invoicing and payment processing
• Work with clerk to oversea light shipping and receiving
• Maintain database of authorized dealers, potential clients, and retail customers
• Liaison with distributors and freight forwarders
• Order and maintain shipping and office supplies
• Office organization
• Inventory maintenance
