CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER: The Daily Republic, an independently owned 20,000-circulation daily newspaper in Fairfield, seeks an experienced professional to direct our Customer Service Department. You will lead and manage a small customer service staff (6 reps), communicate regularly with the operations department, manage a large customer database, and exemplify superior internal and external customer service at all times.

Qualified candidates will have great communication skills, ability to multi-task, and an unbending dedication to serving our customers. Preferred candidates will have at least 3 years of customer service management experience and strong computer skills.
