I just inherited a couple of handguns from my recently-deceased dad (he was a great guy, and I fondly remember shooting with him), filled out the DOJ Intra-familial transfer form and all that.
We always carried the guns in the trunk of the car, with the ammo in a separate container. But what about transporting 'em via motorcycle? For handguns, is a zippered case and a trigger lock sufficient? Would a backpack work, or would a tank or saddlebag be neccessary?
