Need Welder for Custom Subframe

where can i go in the east bay that can weld for a good/cheap price???

im trying to do a f4i tail conversion with my f4. i already have the f4i subframe, but need to weld mounts for the rectifier and fuel pump

where the fuel pump mount need to be welded

i've heard ppl using zip ties, but i dont want to ghetto rig it.
