I hate to say this, but I can't guarantee it - services will be determined by which staff members can work during the sale. The best option is to call your closest store(s) and ask:

Of course, if they can't mount the tires that night, you could buy them and have them held in the back, then come in with the wheels when someone can do the mounting.
