Selling my '01 ZX6R, black/yellow, has Ohlins shock, fork w/ Ohlins internals, steel braded brakes, 27k miles, adult owned, always reliable, body is clean, just got serviced by Evolution Suspension, new chain.

Here are a couple quick pics. The bike is pretty dusty from being stored over the winter, but it does have a few coats of Zaino (http://www.zainostore.com/) on it, should shine like new after a light wash. I let the engine run a couple times a month to keep it lubed. Here's more info on the bike:

- frame sliders, spool sliders installed
- Chatterbox alarm installed
- never raced, tracked, stunted, or abused in any way
- always garaged at home and work
- 27k miles (23k was a guess before I checked the tach, editted original post to reflect actual mileage)
- 1" chicken strips included :laughing

Yellow seems like a difficult color to sell, but these are great bikes. To someone who likes yellow though.....

Those things are freaking bulletproof. One of my racing pals picked up an ex-Calif Superbike School ZX-6 like this one. Who knows how many high-RPM abusive laps that thing suffered through as a CSS bike before he got it? My guess...a lot.

He then proceeded to do a full schedule of trackdays along with solo races.

Then in '04 he offered it for the AFM 4-Hr endurance race. So we raced the crap out of that bike for 4 Hrs straight. Next year he proceeded to race some more with lots more trackdays...and in '05 we raced it AGAIN in the '05 AFM 4-Hr.

Damn bike was bombproof, I was highly impressed.

nice price! I used to have a 2000 and loved that thing. I recently rod emy buddy's 01 and fell in love again. Seating posture isnt too aggressive and its a very comfortable, yet aggressive bike. Good luck...Im sure itll sell fast!
