The motor is strong and corners well.
The suspension was done by Aftershocks and comes with NC35 USD forks up front. The Ethos 1/2 system + the V4 400 makes a nice GP note at full chat.
I already have a street NC30 and was thinking of trading my track bike for a street motard or ..........? Tell me what you have for trade. Thanks.
Here's what she looks like standing still.

allergic2death - sorta leaning towards tards, but open to suggestions. What do you have in mind?
KWAAACK - tell me more. I am a tard in regards to tards unless it's more of the domestic plain vanila deals. I'll have to google the VOR.

if you search thumpertalk.com under exotics, you can find most information about it. problem is the company VOR/Vertemati Brothers went under in Italy so parts are scarce. however, some parts are interchangeable between TM's, Husaberg's, and similar exotics. motoxotica in vacaville do have a limited supply of parts left over since they bought out the distributor awhile back. you can also try shane at frontlinemoto.com to source parts. it's definitely a niche bike.
here are some of the components the bike came stock with. 503cc single with cassette tranny, dual radiators, marzocchi forks, ohlins shock, magura hydraulic clutch, brembo brakes/rotors, and kick start only. i wouldn't recommend it for freeway riding but excellent on small tracks or hills. it can be regeared since the rear sprocket is like a 43-44. it's big but i don't remember exactly. i didn't want to fork anymore money into since it does'nt get ridden. i can send you some pix if you pm me your email address. if you're interested, you're welcome to ride it.
*edit* VOR x-over parts thread...

KWAAAAK the VOR is very tempting but looking for a DRZ SM, KTM LC4/Duke or a converted Japanese dirt bike with a CA plate.
Maybe a street fighter like bike... i.e. Kawi Z1000, Z750, Bandit, Hornet...hmm just bikes on the top of my head.
Bump for a gorgeous bike!
You should PM zeefrenchspy if you have any interest in selling it outright. Rumor has it he's looking for a nice 400.
In fact, if a Ducati 900SS interests you, maybe I'm looking for a nice 400 :teeth

Nice Duc mgb, but for some reason I gotta scratch this itch about a motard. If I sell outright I'll be sure to hit up zeefrenchspy.
oh and btw mgb, hide your bike! It's duc season.

Is this the same as a GT650 Hawk RC31? Will the pipes work, sweet looking pipe. Interested selling the exhaust? maybe trade?

Can't say I blame you about the Motard. I had a Duke II for a while and have never had so much fun on a streetbike.
oh and btw mgb, get your bike out! It's follow-the-duc season.

cyberstar,
The Hawk GT650 has a Vtwin motor like the Duc996s I passed @ THill in Turn5. The NC30 is the little brother the Honda RC30 with a V4 motor. So the pipes will not work on an RC31.

Sorry I should have been clearer, if I can't have a motard, I was thinking of getting another large bore nekked bike type commuter to replace my cruiser.
I wouldn't mind having a Lawson replica- ZRX1200.
I can work a trade plus cash deal too.
