Microsoft consultants - want to train our staff?

So, our very impressive IT staff of 3 people (me, my boss, and 1 part-timer) needs training in how to better exploit Active Directory. We are not interested in MS certification or in taking standard training - instead, we just want someone to come answer all of our lingering questions about AD and possibly help design some policies that will help us better govern our OU.

If having 3 nerds suck your brain sounds fun, and if you have lots of relevant experience and can communicate effectively, PM me and I'll let you know how to submit your resume. Please do not contact me if you are a freshly-minted MCSE/MCSA with no real-world experience.
