Job Description and Responsibilities:
Conduct daily Document Control activities such as releasing documents, using proprietary PDM software, setting up new hires and processing employee departures within the PDM framework; coordinating vendor web page setups; maintaining part numbers in the ERP system; and keeping procedures up-to-date. Provide document-related support and training to various SST departments and manufacturing partners. Participate in departmental and company-wide quality audits and assist in the company implementation of ISO-9001:2000. Help prepare the training/roll-out materials for DC software applications. This position requires data analysis, understanding of business processes and the exercising of judgment within a relatively broad range of practices and policies.

Key Competency Requirements:
Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team and employees from various departments. Must have excellent verbal and written skills, be very detail-oriented and organized with minimum supervision. Possess good time management and multi-tasking skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment. Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access, and Adobe Acrobat.

Experience Required:
Two to three years of work-related experience in Document Control, preferably in the semiconductor and/or manufacturing industry. ISO-9001:2000 experience is a plus.

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree
