Job Description and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible to collect, analyze, and document business requirements. Design and specify innovative solutions, present observations, and recommendations to support the company's growth. The selected candidate will seek ways to automate sales processes and act as a liaison between Sales & Marketing and IT departments. The candidate should also have strong program/project management skills including development and maintenance of project plans, project presentations and cross-functional meeting facilitator. This job will be in the Global Sales-Data Management Group of the Sales and Marketing Department.
Key Competency Requirements:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with other Departments. Must be able to work as part of a team and be self-sufficient with minimal constand oversight. Team player, has good initiative and high degree of enthusiasm and ambition. Has a strong commitment to deadline and product quality. Has proven time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks, particularly in a high-pace working environment.
Experience Required:
5+ years of experience in Business. Strong project management experience. Ability to manage several projects concurrently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.). Experience gathering business requirements for Web Based projects a plus. Speak Mandarin Chinese a plus.
Education Required:
BA or MA in Business or equivalent required.
