We have an opening in our RF test group for a manufacturing engineer--the position does not exist currently (the design engineers and touch labor have done the work), but with designs becoming bigger and quality/standards becoming more important, the need for such a position is clear. As a result, there will be plenty of path finding, and a real opportunity to "make it your own".
The job, in a nutshell, will be to plan and manage the aseembly and testing of RF test assemblies (waveguides, loads, etc) that will be used for spacecraft level reference testing as well as spacecraft thermal vacuum testing. Experience with manufacturing and RF is definitely a plus, but its possible the hiring manager will take a new grad.
