SOLD!

2003 636 with roughly 10500 miles on it. Clean title, It has been down at the track, and its not the prettiest at this time. Fairings are stuck together with abs weld (works great!). I have not checked out if the frame is straight, but it rides just fine. The bike is silver with a blue tank. Has some nice parts on it though:

Penske shock (I think double adjust or something, ken hill's old shock. recently rebuilt last summer. The spring was for his weight)

Rizoma fully adjustable rearsets (Very nice and work great!)

Scotts steering (recently rebuilt last summer)

Oil changed every 2-3k (Just changed it 100miles ago) but is probably due for a tune up. I was planning to do it, I have 4 new spark plugs, a set of new brake pads. tires are Pilot power race with 1 trackday and some street miles on them.

One thing which might help you sell this:

Take it and get it computracked so that you know (and can document) that the frame is straight, and then add $100 to the price tag to cover the cost of the computracking.

Hmmm your right I will take off $200 so if you want to use that money to get computracked!

So new price $3600

I'm pretty sure he meant for YOU to do it so the buyer knows that s/he's buying a bike that'll track straight. Not to take the 200 off, so the buyer can computrack it themselves, AND THEN find out that they'll need to shell out another $400+ to get it straightened out.

I've ridden it for a year, it doesnt feel out of the ordinary. I am not hiding that its been down. I leave up to the buyer if they want to check it out.

It's a used bike, maybe i should mint it up and raise the price. And not disclose it's been down like others do?

Thanks for all of your concerns!

USED BIKE AS IS :)

Great price. If I didn't just buy a track bike, I'd be paying you a visit...

Yeah. I mean YOU should get it computracked and RASE your price to compensate.

Given the mismatched bodywork and the "known its been crashed", being able to say "Computrack's clean (report attached)" in your add would be a big help in selling this, especially to the BARF crowd.

I've purchased a bike from Viet in the past, and it was exactly as he described... It had been down before, but rode straight as an arrow. I have no concerns over buying from Viet EVER!
