lets say.....hypothetically.....someone was to get a speeding ticket....say.....hypothetically.....38 in a 20.....on federal grounds.....say.....hypothetically......the presidio......and the park police says that as long as this person pays the ticket within 30 days that it would require no traffic school and would not go on record (since its on federal property). so would this officer be telling the truth or trying to screw this person? hypothetically speaking that is....:nerd

talked to my friend, whose brother is a police at the moffett base....he said as long as i pay it i'll be fine, just like the officer said....errr...i mean, that person.....

damn ticket, wasnt really even speeding....just cruising along in the fog, saw him, didnt really even bother slowing down more, cuz i thought it was 35....bish

my dad managed to get a ticket going through Hunter-Ligget and it didn't show up on his record :)

As long as you pay it, it won't show. Ignore it- it goes to warrant just like the rest of them- and them Federalies will take your ass, they don't care if it's a modest $ warrant like LEO's.

presidio is owned by the ccsf isn't it??? they bought it from the government cuz they couldn't afford to maintain it....correct me if im wrong...
