yup, and if you did a search, you would have found the thread with this video already in it, and the lengthy discussion as to how the cage is not 100% at fault as it was trying to pass the car in front of it (hint = look at the shadows on the ground)

but since you're too lazy, here it is:

learn to use the search feature and make your parents proud too! :twofinger

Back on topic: It would be hard to get a 245/ADW conviction based on that. It could have been just an accident.

No biggie if it is a reeee-post. The original post was in the Moto Photos Forum... the backwaters of BARF. I've likely spent less than an hour there. So, the debate is welcome here. Repost or not. I suspect the post you linked to was a repost too... or at least the OP thought it was!

No, not 245 PC. It appears to me that the driver actually activated their left blinker to signal their intention to pass BEFORE the motorcycle initiated their passing maneuver. OTOH, I was unable to see ANY indication that the motorcycle signalled their lane change to pass. Hmmmm...

Looks like an accident to me. If we were going to look at the tape for evidence of fault in a real case, I'd want to see the whole tape... including what was done prior to the bike coming up and tailgating the car. :teeth
