Received a basic speeding ticket in Jan did a trial by Dec and sent it in the mail way before the due date they cashed the check but have not heard back If I was found guilty or innocent. If I remember correctly the court date was 3/9/07 they cashed the check back in Feb around mid month. So am I being impatient for the wheels of justice to turn or should I have heard by now?

Try looking up your cite on the court's website. Many counties have dispo available online. Just enter the ticket #.

Thats what I was thinking too but can't find anything on saccourt.com

call or e-mail the traffic clerk then.

Got my answer today I won the TBD since the chp officer never responded.
