is this a bed extender also or ramp only?

That's what I was wondering too. If it's the bed extender and it fits a full size truck (i.e. the new body style '07 Chevy Silverado) then I'll take it off your hands.

from the pic it looks like a bi-fold ramp, not an extender.

From the photo is also looks like it's a flat ramp, not a curved one. Does it lock at an angle, or does it unfold perfectly straight?

it probably locks at a slight angle to help clearance, my bed extender/ramp version does.
