Does the CHP have physical standards for their motor officers?

This morning I saw a CHP motor officer sitting in the median on I680S who looked like he weights around 280--a real porker.

Not a motor officer, but I imagine he was taxing his cruisers suspension...

You need to pass a physical to get into motor school, but after that, it is the same for motors or car cops.
