I think with the last dump and the amout of police around we squids (hey I try, kinda :twofinger) are layin low, for now ;)

ya too many popo around and well... chain still hasn't come in yet.
I see at least 2-3 of them around camping at their favorite spots or just patrolling the freeway. :(

My guess is that we won't be seeing anymore Squid Day posts for quite a while. It has nothing to do with any particular incident, but more to do with maintaining a lower profile. There are too many people on the site now; over 250 registered users and who knows how many guests.

We may have an 'invitation only' forum at a later date for making arrangements, but as it stands it was just too public.

Obscurity is no longer a factor. :twofinger

Yeah, what Steve said. So when are we going to get that forum?

The cops showing up everytime we go out is getting old and has TOTALLY discouraged me. We all know we're doing something illegal that could have our license pulled, bike towed, insurance rates go up, tossed in jail, etc etc. And YES any or all of these things can happen, its up to the cop. And for those of us that need our car to work like me(field tech), its not a good thing............lose my license=lose my jobby job.

So until we find a new spot, looks like I'm gonna lay low for a while and only stunt on freeways, at every stop sign and stop light.........:D :D

There are no large oranized squid days but best thing would be just take a couple of your friends to a spot and practice. If we keep the gruops small less likely to piss the cops off so much. Stunting takes alot of patience and practice...i suggest going out in a small group and practicing and remember take it slow.

Yes, keep it slow. Don't need anymore "dumps" on the squid side, I think we got enough for a while.

anytime you guys need a cameraman...;)

i think i can kinda drive a M/T now. so if any of you guys dump it, i'll be there w/ the truck, tie-downs and wooden ramp. :)

Bringing the truck with ramps and tie downs would be sweet but we got nowhere to stunt anymore. We have to find a new spot before we can have anyone come with us. Got to keep a low profile when out at any of the old spots.

Bike and stunts=eventual popo
lots of bike and stunts=angrier and quicker to arrive popo

we will stick to the first equation!:twofinger

You're not my priest, don't touch me there

:laughing :laughing

I think that stunting from point A to point B is the safest way to go... it's just tough to catch anything on film that way. :teeth

unless those without a bike at the moment would consider caging it as a sweeper/photographer along the route... ;):teeth:chuci
