Could have died, luckily I have scars(maybe permanent) and a chipped vertebre two of them

one minute..

30-40-50 and hit a tree. I was on the freeway and i fainted due to a stupid medication i don't need and don't take anymore(docs been canned too) that the the not canned at the time doc thought would "smooth out the rough edges" I just remember waking up to the sound of crashing glass(firemen breaking the glass to get me out) and the sound of them cutting down trees- very plesant. I alsoremember waking up and thinking oh shoot I overshot at Lucas Valley(meaning i drove too fast on the backroads- which i was nowhere near), but in fact I had passed out. Luckily the doc, admits it was a pill and is writing to the chp to get it cleared. I. But basically hit the tree at 30-50 and thats the cops estimate of damage. So thanks to a tiny pill that caused a blackout, I almost died and or could have injured someone else which didn't occur thank god. Its funny cause its a very minute pill.

Something the doc thought would help with my daily life, i had complained having trouble staying on task. A little like add i would suppose but not really. Hard to explain. it wasn't riddlin and I don't want to degress much further.

ok, its cool. I understand, and the car photos won't help much with the investigation if there was one.

Because of the witness who said i was not speeding, I was DOING THE SPEED LIMIT(to friendly peace officers). and my conjection about 80 was purely fictional and prolly the reason i took the pills.:teeth there made it slightly humorous, he would have to be a real straight edge to go after that. But yes, a witness who saw me veer over from the fast lane said I wasn't speeding. I just thought i was. the police officer stated no speed, or speeding by me- that was just my thought.

duc has actually been sold. about a month ago.

Also, it was my fathers car and I was just going down the freeway four exits to get a pack of smokes.

though i was harsh, it was more so in artistry(of painting a picture of a "canned doc and "bunk" pills) compared to actual fault taking or pointing. Mearly ascribing the whole idea as "canned" to make it look like the whole idea was crap to be taking pills. The doc, didn't know I would faint so its really not his fault. I was very adamint about going after the company(pill), but he said it would be difficult. I thought the punch line- i could have and others could have died as a result was enough but apparently the pill needs to have a record of such an ordeal which this particular one does not, though more than one doctors admited the pill as the culprit. When i was in the hospital for a week, the main issue was what caused me to faint or "blackout" and they agreed on the pill as there were no other means i.e. drugs, alcohol, or I having a history which i don't(of fainting)

I liked your line about the "beating of the at fault person" I will find a few pills I have left and crush them for you.

This accident is just a reminder of how you can go from completely normal to seriously hurt or killed, it happens quick. What I am most happy about is noone else was injured. I would feel very sad if that was the case.

So the fault lies in the pill, if my fathers insurance goes up I am sure we will be doing something about more proof- though to the insurance its a not fault accident, with the prescribing doctors letter.


Even though I was injured, and possibly more my dad still holds a small grudge as it was his dream car and was going to soop it up. He definately realizes there was nothing I could do. If i was drunk id be shot, but i was totally sober.

I really wish I had raced last year and this year, Its a pity... I should be out next. Good luck with racing, its way too much fun.

I surely had something with me, as I made it slowly into a tree after running through some wet grass to slow me down as opposed too flipping down the freeway or into another car.

Luck was on your side and as mentioned before you probably came out better than if you had been alert and reacting.

As to the pill, be sure to report it to the FDA, if it did it to you it will likely do it to others and without data they wouldn't have anything to go on. That way if somebody has the same thing happen to them while they're driving there will be a clue as to what happened.

Couldn't your dad just get another 540 after the insurance pays up? :confused
