You didn't say if you charged the new battery.
Make sure you charge it for 8 hours or so before riding it the first time.
If you did, then good luck, you have an electrical problem.

There could be a few things wrong. Your new battery is loosing charge and/or is not getting recharged properly.
Try this:
Remove the battery and charge completely. Try starting - should work. Leave it on a bike and try next day. If the battery is dead - you have a short in the wiring somewhere and it's draining your battery.
If you leave the bike parked for a really long time, the battery will discharge even if your electrical system is ok.
If your battery only dies as a result of riding, and not after sitting overnight, then you have a bad charging system. You'll need to check wiring and alternator. something is broken somewhere, but it's impossible to say what and where without looking at the bike.

You need a battery charger.
Get a Battery Tender Jr., or the equivalent. They cost about $30 at Cycle Gear.

check to see if you are low on gas as well.

Honda's eat reg./rectifiers like nobody's business, if you've tried the other things listed above, get a mulit-meter and explore. could be the stator too.

Are you serious???? :confused
You have a 12v battery, so you need a 12v charger.

Did you jump it from a running car? Don't do that.
Charge at 12v less than <2 amps for a few hours, the check your regulator/rectifier.
Stranger's right, Honda's go through reg/recs like nobody's business.

You should still check the charging system. If it's not charging, the bike will die again. It will just take a little longer since you have a fully charged battery now.
