Quick question. I am a new rider, learners permit only so far. I live in sausalito and the only way to get anywhere in Marin is to take the freeway. Would officers look down on hopping onto the freeway for one or two exits or even when the onramp/offramp are one and the same. I ask because the only conduit out of sausalito is the freeway for one or two exits. Southern Marin wasn't designed with backroads in mind. Thanks for your advice.
