Will you all join me in congratulating second year AFM racer #848, Will Bouch, on an outstanding performance in the Formula-40 race last Sunday. Will started the race in the very last row on the 75th grid spot and finished the race in 5th right behind me. He passed me in the last turn of the last lap and took 4th from me but got stuck behind a 125 on the exit of the turn allowing me to get back by him by just a hair. He not only had to work through the entire F-40 field but most of the F-2 pack that was unfortunately gridded in the 1st wave in front of us.
With no prior racing experience, Will has been learning how to go fast the right way from my favorite coach, Michael Earnest and the Pacific Track Time staff. We are all very proud of his accomplishments in such short time. Keep an eye out for big #848 ,Will Bouch, at the next event. He'll be very near to the front of the pack. Good Job Will !!!
