Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to all of the folks with the AFM. I was not able to make the Buttonwillow event due to my Multiple Sclerosis kicking in big time, but my weekend at Sears was actually amazing. I have not had this much fun in a long time.
I know that there is some funky post race stuff going on, but I wanted to remind you folks that the AFM is the friendliest racing group I have ever been around. I really feel at home hanging out with all of you. I came home with my face hurting from smiling so much. That says alot for this community.
I also wanted to thank the folks that I got chance to work on this weekend. I love giving massage, and the smiles and feedback I got from this group has been the catalyst for me to take a big step in my life. I will hopefully be going for my full massage certification this fall. I am mainly concerned about finances, yet I know I can get through this. I am very excited about some new possibilities in my life.
I hope to have a table out at all of the future races, and anyone who needs work is welcome to my hands. I cannot charge for my work, but any donations will go towards my tuition this fall.
Regards,
Denise Lindquist
