See it through the eyes of the 25th place finisher. Woooot.

Headshake at the bottom of the carousel had the unfortunate effect of re-aiming my camera into the inside of the fairing, so I cut the vid short about halfway through the race.

Here's a short excerpt of the above vid with rider 444 passing me just as we go by some guy in a white outfit who appears to be trying to get our attention by waving some kind of yellow cloth on a stick. I wonder what that was all about.

Cool video, thanks. But it's a 155-hp bike, can I get a wheelie off the line please? :p

Was this video captured using that camera mount that goes into the steering stem?

Yep. Stem mounted. Used a bit of water this time to get the mount pressed into the bore in the steering stem and it may not have ever dried out. Next month it'll be more secure.

I still haven't figured out how to launch this thing. Gonna have to lay in a supply of replacement clutch plates and then hit the hot pit and experiment.

I was having the same issue and did the same thing, almost have it figured out now, but at first it was bordering on downright dangerous...

I also need to stop seeing ghosts everywhere I look on track at Sears Point. Man that place just pushes my buttons.

There were a handful of guys I beat by 1-2 sec a lap at BW that returned the favor at Sears. Even the couple of guys in the vid doing the same lap times as me were clearly putting over a second each into me into 6 and 8.
