i think they fit very closely. i think 43 sidis are comparable to 42 alpinestars. but then again, it's been awhile since i've tried alpinestars.. boots can stretch a little

They run a bit small, which is why a 42 isn't fitting me. These might be a good fit for you. I thought 42 would work because my other Sidi's are 42 and fit me fine.

I wear 8.5/9. My other boots, Oxtars, are 41.
