Just a shout out to the Alameda ERC crew. Learned a lot, and found a bunch of things to practice (the right hand only weave got me very mixed up with my countersteering...).

Yep, that one-handed serpentine exercise was an interesting one. I was grateful for thes stand-it-up-and-brake-in-a-turn exercise, though. That afternoon I ended up riding with the Curve Unit folks On Old San Jose Rd. down in Santa Cruz, and used exactly that maneuver to avoid a large branch that blew down in the road. Good stuff.
