Hello all,
Get your shoot on at Reeds Indoor Range in Santa Clara this Wednesday. Some of us have been going recently and its a uhhm, a blast... :nerd
Bring your own guns if you have them or rent one from the range. Newbies are OK too if you want to try shooting for the first time - we can help show u the ropes and how to shoot safely...
Wednesday is also ladies night so, women get a free range and handgun rental starting at 7PM.
Reeds Indoor Range is located in Santa Clara, across 101 from Great America. Their site has directions.

Pho Thanh Long Restaurant
2450 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA
From Reed's, head down Duane Avenue to Lafayette Street. Turn right and keep going until you hit El Camino Real. Turn right and head up El Camino Real towards Sunnyvale. It will be on your left side right after you cross San Tomas Expressway. Pho Thanh Long (I think the name is right) is in the same plaza as Ernie Reyes West Coast Martial Arts. If you know where GP Sports is in Santa Clara, just go a little further. You'll have to make a U-turn at the first opportunity after San Tomas Expressway.
Pho Hoa
3484 El Camino Real, Santa Clara, CA
If you keep going up El Camino Real, about 1.25 miles after San Tomas Expressway, there's a Pho Hoa in the same plaza as the Walgreens near Lawrence Expressway. Make a U-turn at Flora Vista Avenue (the DMV is down the street).

I might be in for this, I've only been shooting once probably 10 years ago but been wanting to go for a while. Haha, the guns and hunting section of Reed's website is blocked at my work. Strange because the shooting range portion isn't blocked.

If you ever go on a night, other than a Wednesday night, then let me know. My Wednesday evenings are busy. And I can bring my own gun.

Ditto that... Wednesdays aren't the best night for me either. Oh well, maybe next time.
If you're interested in becoming a better shooter, check out their courses. Worth the $$$$ IMO. Have fun.

Both dinner and shooting were fun. That #1 thing with tendon and tripe chi recommended was surprisingly delicious.
But damn did we get some evil eye from the pizza eating range master for violating the 3 second rule. I mean, like 5 seconds or more to empty the mag - puhleez.. (hi-capizzles are NO excuse!)

It was nice having dinner with all of you. Luckily I had an ice cream shake at In-N-Out afterwards. Spicy red sauce is not my friend. :teeth
