Ha ha. It's at my work. and sadly enough I bet I'll be working that day too. So you can all peep in the window near my cube and make fun of me.

You can see my Red and White R6 in the picture with the Custom Harley. I will also bring my track bike R6 too.

Maybe I'll show up and bother the BAE people to find out if they're hiring yet? :laughing :cry

Dude,
we're SO hiring. We need mechanical engineers. Send me a resume.
Specifically my group needs another highly nerdy person similar to myself to do thermal analysis on the powertrains. So then maybe I can stop working 13 hr days!

Free for spectator who don't want lunch.
I encourage you to bring a vehicle --you get lunch and the fee goes to a charity.

We normally bring out some of our hybrid armored vehicles at these events. Hopefully they'll run a demo. With band-track and the electric drive these things are as quiet as a Prius, only 20 tons heavier!

I just so happen to have the Hybrid Armored Personnel Carrier that you speak of from a previous year.

So would that one be the one that went backwards and hit the bldg because the software controls were programmed reversed? :teeth
I just heard stories. It happened before I started working at BAE.
Oh yea, and I had the high voltage training so now I'm officially scared of electric vehicles.
Most memorable phrase "if you see white smoke, run!"
BTW I talked to your friend Josh on the phone today. We'll all have to get together for lunch sometime. :)
I was working on heat dissipator stuff for the TDS. Now I'm CMA. And I hate the letters C M A already!

I just heard stories. It happened before I started working at BAE.
As I recall, it was Pegasus that decided to take the little excursion. Not only did she ram the building, she actually drove up the side of the wall a few feet. Not bad for an 8x8 wheeled vehicle. This incident is why we have those yellow cement barriers in the plant.

I have the high voltage rescue training because of ERT. If people get toasted (or tell bad jokes) we get to use the gaff on them;)

Do you care that I don't have a diploma yet? Won't get it until December, but if you guys want to hire me 12 units short of graduation, I'll put it on hold :laughing
